Why Don’t People Call Attorneys?

There are three main reasons people don't seek legal council:

  •  They are intimidated by lawyers.
  •  They don’t know who to call.
  •  They believe it would cost too much.

When the majority of people are confronted with a legal dispute the most common response is to either ignore the problem or try and handle it themselves.

There are many people, probably someone you know, who have a legal situation right now and may not even be aware of it. If they do know about it, they have had to weigh the cost of hiring a lawyer to help them against the possible financial loss associated with not hiring a lawyer. A Pre-Paid Legal membership helps eliminate that conflict.

Ask a lawyer if there is a need for their services, and they will tell you yes, but the cost of accessing the legal system prevents most from using them. Pre-Paid Legal bridges the gap between those people who feel shut out because they feel they can’t afford the legal system and those lawyers who want to help them.
